At BTY Physical Therapy, we provide mobile outpatient physical therapy. This means we bring the clinic to you. Mobile outpatient PT is ideal for individuals who would benefit from traditional outpatient therapy but prefer not to or cannot travel to a clinic.
BTY Physical Therapy Can Help You After Being Discharged From Home Health Services
We bill Medicare Part B, so you can continue receiving therapy at home even after you’ve completed home health care (which is billed under Medicare Part A). As long as physical therapy is medically necessary and you're eligible, Medicare Part B will cover our services.

Obtain a PT Referral
Ask your doctor to send us a referral for physical therapy. If you’re not sure how to get started, just give us a call—we’re happy to help.

Schedule Your First Visit
Once we receive your referral, we’ll reach out to schedule your initial in-home assessment. We’ll find a time that works for you and explain what to expect during the first visit.

Start Feeling Better
We’ll create a personalized treatment plan based on your goals and needs—and begin your one-on-one therapy sessions, right in the comfort of your home.
