What should I expect during a mobile PT visit?
During your first mobile physical therapy session, your therapist will:
1. Perform a detailed assessment of your condition
2. Discuss your goals and any current limitations
3. Create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your home environment
4. Begin hands-on therapy and/or guided exercises
We often use household items — like stairs, chairs, or your living space — to make exercises practical and relevant to your daily life. Each visit is one-on-one, private, and focused entirely on your progress, all within the comfort of your home in New Braunfels or surrounding communities.

What is the Difference Between BTY Physical Therapy and Home Health?
At BTY Physical Therapy, we providemobile outpatient physical therapy—which means we bring the clinic to you. Unlike Home Health Physical Therapy, which requires a doctor to certify that you are homebound and is typically covered under Medicare Part A, our services are covered under Medicare Part B and do not require you to be homebound. Home Health is often short-term and may be limited in the number of visits. Mobile outpatient PT is ideal for individuals who would benefit from traditional outpatient therapy but prefer not to—or cannot—travel to a clinic. It also offers more flexibility in the number of visits, and we can continue working with you at home even after you’ve been discharged from Home Health.
